- The role of reflection, evaluation, stimulation, and facilitation.
- Conducting an effective feedback session.
- Using ‘SNOB’ analysis to evaluate the current position (Strengths Needs Opportunities Barriers).
- Identifying opportunities for mentoring in your workplace.
