    • Setting a Delivery Delay.
    • Using Voting Buttons and setting an Expiry Date.
    • Saving as a Draft.
    • Recalling a message.
    • Adding a Screenshot to an e-mail.
    • Using Quick Parts to accelerate e-mail composition.
    • Using Quick Steps speed-up routines tasks.
  • Grouping and Sorting items (including using the Message Timeline).
  • Searching for items and working with Search Folders.
  • Using the Out of Office Assistant (for when you are away).
  • Importing your contacts from a social network (such as LinkedIn).
  • Creating and using Rules to automate tasks (such as setting a global delivery delay or diverting mail to a specific folder).
  • Viewing other peoples’ Schedules (and allowing access to yours).
  • Using Schedule View to more easily manage multiple calendars and meetings (Outlook 2010-16 only).
  • Scheduling a Meeting and keeping track of responses.
