The Need
To prepare Head Teachers for a mentoring role.
The Solution
A Local Authority wanted Heads to support each other via a mentoring scheme. Our brief was to ensure this happened smoothly by reviewing and practising essential mentoring skills. We met with the client to ensure we fully understood the need and then designed a special event which focused on practical issues.
The Outcome
We actually ran this programme for two separate groups of Head Teachers and in both cases the feedback was very encouraging.
