* Where applicable, travel costs are charged at 35p per mile or the equivalent of 2nd class rail fare.

Postponements and Cancellations

We understand that problems sometimes arise and that you may need to move or cancel an event. In every case we will work with you to re-schedule the course and avoid cancellation charges.

However if less than 5 working days notice of a cancellation is given then 50% of the fee will be charged. If less than 2 working days notice is given then 100% of the fee will be charged.
