What’s Included?

As standard you will receive a comprehensive course guide (in PDF format for IT courses) and telephone support after the event.

The quoted price is for off-shelf standard courses.  However, we are happy to make minor revisions to any standard course to suit you, at no additional cost.

If needed, we can also supply equipment to support IT courses.

Costs for off-site training also includes lunch and refreshments throughout the day.

Extras

Travel costs apply for any course run more than 20 miles from Bristol, (charged at 35p per mile or the equivalent of Standard Class rail fare).  Parking fees may also be charged for courses run in central Bristol.

Overnight accommodation may also apply for courses run more than 100 miles from Bristol.

Please note that the cost of external training may vary slightly depending on venue and time of year, (especially with London venues).

Postponements and Cancellations

We understand that problems sometimes arise and that you may need to move or cancel an event.  In every case we will work with you to re-schedule the course and avoid cancellation charges.
However if less than 5 working days notice of a cancellation is given then 50% of the fee will be charged.  If less than 2 working days notice is given then 100% of the fee will be charged.
