The Challenge
To support the launch of a mentoring scheme for medical staff at a University Hospital.

The Solution
The client wanted to introduce a mentoring scheme for a number of staff drawn from all areas of the hospital.  In response to this we proposed a custom event that would demonstrate the benefits of such a scheme and begin to develop staff skills.  This was accepted and delivered in two sessions over two days.

The Outcome
The feedback was very positive with everyone motivated to begin the mentoring process.
