Project Management 1
Overview
It has been said that a badly-planned project takes about three times as long to complete as expected; whereas a well-planned project only takes twice as long! Managing projects is often treated as something mystical, but in reality a realistic plan can be easily devised and controlled using fairly straightforward techniques.
Key Outcomes
This is an introductory course which aims to explore essential Project Management principles.
