Overview
All organisations seek talent and often go to considerable lengths to hire ‘talented people’. But in reality the key is to find the talent in everyone! Staff will perform at their best in an environment of mutual respect and a culture which promotes the development of everyone. This course recognises that most people want to do a good job and looks at ways of unleashing their talent.
