Overview
Mentoring is a supportive, learning relationship for encouraging personal and professional growth. It involves sharing knowledge, experience and wisdom. It can help realise full potential and have benefits for all partners, (mentee, mentor and the organisation).
Key Outcomes
This course explores what it takes to be an effective mentor. Delegates will leave the course with an understanding of mentoring, and the skills, qualities and knowledge required to evaluate, stimulate and facilitate. They will recognise the benefits of mentoring to themselves and the organisation in which they work.
