Managing Change
Overview
Someone once said that the only constant in life is change! It is a fact of life in organisations that over time, change will happen whether we like it or not. The key to managing this situation is to firstly understand the need for change in an ever-competitive market and then be prepared to proactively manage it.
Key Outcomes
This course introduce delegates to the concept and nature of change and then deals with the strategies and skills necessary to successfully manage it. Emphasis is placed on the importance of strategic thinking and the development of a workable strategic plan when managing change.
Finally delegates will leave the course understanding the reasons why, if change is not managed effectively, both they and their organisations will become irrelevant!
