Leadership and Motivation
Overview
With only a third of UK leaders confident that their leadership can bring about success*, today’s managers cannot assume a leadership role without guidance and support. Today a very wide skills-set is needed if one is to be successful leading others.
Key Outcomes
Delegates will consider – ‘what makes a good business leader today?’ Emphasis will be placed on developing a personal leadership style by drawing upon core management skills and the very human qualities of optimism, common sense and reason.
To support these outcomes delegates will have the opportunity to practise and develop their practical skills and formulate a personal action plan, allowing them to focus on the key issues that affect their own particular leadership role.
