Attending a standard course is fine if the content is exactly what you want, but what if you have a special requirement?  This is where a bespoke course makes all the difference.

We are happy to quote for the development of any special programme you may need and can supply everything from pre-course assessments and training notes through to exercises and post-course evaluations.

Bespoke Training Materials

We are able to produce tailor-made training notes and exercises to support our clients’ special training events.

Training Needs Analysis

If you are not sure who requires training in what, then perhaps we can help.

We are adept at analysing training requirements and can provide solid business justifications for providing the training you seek.

Once done, there is no obligation for you to choose us to provide the training but, if you do, we will normally waive the analysis costs.

Training Evaluation

We firmly believe that there is little point in training people unless a real and positive change results!

We work hard with our clients to ensure their investment in training is realised and approach the training evaluation from a dispassionate, business-driven point of view.

We are happy to extend this service to anyone who needs an in-depth analysis of the effectiveness and impact of any training event.

1-to-1 Training

Not a problem!  We are experienced in providing custom courses for individuals, at a time and place to suit you.  You can learn at your own pace and cover just the skills you need.

We find that the development of skills is very rapid with this approach and results in a very cost-effective event.

Mentoring

Today it is difficult for anyone to maintain a satisfactory work-life balance, whilst still achieving business goals.

Our Mentors are skilled at helping others recognise the key issue associated with their role and then assisting them to develop a philosophy and approach to work which will ensure both work and life needs are met.

Facilitation

If you need someone to steer a seminar or group discussion then we have someone who can help!  Our facilitators are experienced in working with a diverse range of organisations and always approach the task with understanding and sensitivity.

As standard, we work with clients to establish the objectives of the session and the desired outcomes, before planning how best to achieve this.  After the event we provide a written summary of the key points made and establish the actions needed to make sure agreed objectives are met.

Systems Support

If you have a need to upgrade or support existing IT systems then we may be able to help.  We have knowledgeable professionals who are able to advise on a variety of applications and who are skilled in Business Needs Analysis, Database Design and Visual Basic for Applications.

Our experience includes the support of ordering and stock control systems through to admin and event management systems.

Project Management

It is recognised today that good project management skills are key to the success of organisations from every sector.

We can provide competent Project Managers (with PRINCE2 accreditation, if needed), to assist with the governance of short and long term projects.
