Retain, Build and Grow

At this time of economic uncertainty and cutbacks I believe it is vital that companies not only retain their staff but look to make the most of them.  We face a future where fewer people will need to do more work, so efficiency and effectiveness are going to be vital for long-term survival.  We have taken a long hard look at the way we do things within TTS and have identified many areas where small improvements can add up to a visibly better way of doing things.

We believe that training should be based on practical skills that actually make a difference back in the workplace.  To this end we have incorporated all the ideas and concepts that we have researched and tested for our own use into the courses we run.  This covers everything from using shortcuts in MS-Office right through to the way we handle customer calls.  No aspect of a business is so small that it is unimportant.  Everything is important!
