The Problem
The client had some specific issues with the way reports were being written.
The Solution
Our researcher met with the client, where the problem was explained in detail (supported by examples of the reports themselves). We then drew up a set of training objectives, based on what we had learnt and sent them to the potential client for approval. A training event was then designed to support those objectives and a date set for delivery.
