The Problem
To improve the quality of technical reports for a department within the NHS.

The Solution
We met with the client and analysed the current approach to report writing in detail (supported by examples of actual reports).  We then drew up a set of precise training objectives and sought the client’s approval.  Once these had been accepted a bespoke event was designed to support those objectives using examples from their sector.

The Outcome
